Stretch Exercise Classes are being given every Monday and Thursday at 11:00 am at Gilead. Brigitta and Carol have organized this ongoing class. There is a charge of $3.00 per class which is being donated to Gilead every month. Those with physical problems would especially benefit by these classes.
